Made in France by B-12. Powder-09 is a Fragrance based on Flower, the Eau de Parfum Fragrance by Kenzo For Women. Like the original, Powder-09 has top notes of Bulgarian Rose, Hawthorn, Black Currant, Mandarin Orange; and heart notes of Parma Violet, Rose, Opoponax, Jasmine; and base notes of Vanilla, White Musk, Incense.
